At Southern Thread Company, we work to get your order on it's way as quickly as possible.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. After processing most orders are expected to arrive within 3-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, supplier availability, carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Item Orders

Some products may ship separately or arrive at different times. If your order contains multiple items , you may receive more than one package.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has been processed or shipped.
